Processing and Shipping Times:

Order processing for custom orders (boxes, grids, and other made-to-order items) is 1-2 weeks. Everything else is 2-5 business days (I'm working hard to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding) and then delivery takes an additional 2-5 days. 

Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation via email (this email will include your tracking number as well).

Orders are gently wrapped and come in either an organza/muslin bag or jewelry box. All Crystals are cleansed and charged before shipping. ONLY collections of Crystals will be labeled (single stones do not come labeled unless you email me and request it).

Metaphysical guides are included with any Crystal purchase.

International Orders: 

For security reasons, I only ship to countries that offer delivery confirmations. These countries include: 

USA, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.

If you do not see your country on this list, we do not ship there at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to the postal service updating delivery confirmations to more countries in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges:

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on all products/orders EXCEPT workshop (digital item) and subscriptions. 
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
**Refunds/exchanges will not be initiated until the original items are returned in the same condition they were received. You MUST return an order if you want a refund. Refunds will not be given if the item is not returned. For best results, purchase tracking when you return an order to avoid any miscommunications.

Why can’t subscription orders be canceled? 
When a subscription is purchased, the money is used pretty immediately to purchase supplies. As a small business, I don’t have the funds available to purchase inventory AND then issue refunds. I know there will be special circumstances, though, and I may decide to issue a refund at my discretion. But please note that it would not be immediate in most cases (because, again, I don’t always have funds available immediately to do so). Contact me for details please. 
I do accept returns for subscriptions, though. If you receive a subscription and do not like it, please return it within 30 days for a refund.
